I am proud to announce that I was one of 14 creative small business owners to complete Vision & Venture, a business workshop series for creatives from the Indiana Arts Commission! 🎉
As a part of the workshop series, I defined the vision for my business, registered my entity, established tracking mechanisms to gauge performance and growth, and gained insight into processes that will allow my business to grow from a solid foundation.
